Plain English. First-person tested. Built for people who feel behind on AI. Each issue ships with a free pack like this one: the actual files, prompts, and shortcuts to try the tool yourself.

Everything I've ever saved, read, or talked through, in one place, with an AI that files it for me and a gate so the slop stays out.
This is the companion to Day 01 of Finding AI tools that are actually worth it, the weekly Reel series. The Reel's the review. This page is the how-to.
In the Reel I showed you my Big Brain: a dashboard sitting on top of plain markdown files, connecting my notes, conversations, calendar and business into one system that grows as I do. This pack is the layer underneath the dashboard, the part you can actually build yourself this week.
It's plain markdown files plus Claude Code, so it works in any editor, VS Code, Obsidian, whatever you already use. Two ways in:
Either way it adds the three things that turn a pile of notes into a brain:
The first two are the brain, and they're just files plus rules, so they can't really break. The helper (and the rest) are optional extras you add when you want them. If the Reel made you want your own, the setup starts here.
One paste. It works out whether you're starting fresh or upgrading an existing vault, asks you three quick questions, then builds the core first and proves it works before any optional extras, with pause-points so you stay in control.
